2. Data we collect

We only collect data you give us directly or that is generated when you use the site:

• Consultation call form: name, email, WhatsApp, company, tax ID, job title, a description of what you want to solve, estimated budget and timeline.
• Contact form: name, email, phone, subject and message.
• Work with us form: name, contact details, position of interest and résumé.
• Meeting scheduling: name, email and the date and time you choose.
• Browsing data: pages visited, device, approximate location and the campaign or ad that brought you (UTM parameters and Google Ads click ID), collected with Google Analytics cookies.

3. How we use your data

• To answer your requests and to schedule, prepare and hold the meetings you ask for.
• To assess whether we can help with your project and to send you commercial proposals.
• To follow up on proposals and business relationships with your company.
• To manage hiring processes when you send us your résumé.
• To measure and improve the site and our advertising campaigns.
• To send you information about our services, only if you authorize it. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or assign your data. We only share it with technology providers that process it on our behalf (processors), under agreements that require them to protect it and use it solely to provide their service to us:

• HubSpot (CRM and meeting scheduling).
• Google (Google Workspace, Google Analytics and Google Ads).
• Hostinger (website hosting and form email delivery).

5. International transfers

Some of these providers store information on servers outside Colombia, mainly in the United States. By giving us your data you authorize that transfer, which we carry out with providers that offer adequate levels of protection, in line with article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012 and the guidance of the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

6. Your rights

As the data subject you have the right to:

• Know, update and correct your personal data.
• Request proof of the authorization you gave us.
• Be informed, upon request, of how we have used your data.
• File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of the law, after first completing the inquiry or claim process with us.
• Revoke your authorization or ask us to delete your data, when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it.
• Access your personal data free of charge.

7. How to exercise your rights

Write to info@kompile.co with the subject "Data protection", including your name, ID, your request and a way to reply to you. This email address is our channel for requests, inquiries and claims.

• Inquiries: we reply within 10 business days. If that is not possible, we will explain why and reply no later than 5 business days after that deadline.
• Claims (correction, update, deletion or non-compliance): we reply within 15 business days, extendable by up to 8 more business days with prior notice. If your claim is incomplete, we will ask you to complete it within 5 days; if 2 months pass without a reply, we will consider the claim withdrawn.

8. Security and retention

We protect your data with reasonable technical and administrative measures: restricted access, encrypted connections and providers with recognized security standards. We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes described or while a legal obligation requires it; after that we delete or anonymize it.

9. Sensitive data and minors

We do not collect sensitive data or data from children or adolescents through the site. If we ever receive it, we will delete it.

10. Cookies

We use Google Analytics cookies to measure how the site is used and where visits come from. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any change will be published on this page with its effective date and, if the change is substantial, we will let you know through the contact details you gave us.
